In order to provide you with a free estimate, I will ask you for the following information: Number of figures Style and complexity of rendering 2-dimensional versus 3-dimentional visuals Still versus animated imagery Economies of scale (bulk) Access to existing research and reference material Usage, distribution, and copyright needs Project timing I am happy to discuss with you how we can work within your budet to create an effective solution to your visual communication needs.

What is the process?Reach out by email to request an estimate for your project. You can read more about this process above (see "How much will my project cost?"). After we discuss your needs for the project, I'll provide a custom proposal for you. When we're in agreement about the details, I'll ask you to sign a term sheet, and we can get started! I'll ask you to provide me with any information and images that are relevant to the project. You will the receive pencil sketches (or a storyboard for animation projects) to review with your medical or scientific expert. I will then make any indicated revisions. After you approve the pencil sketches, the final artwork is completed and delivered in your desired digital file formats.

How long will my project take?Project scope and timeline will be discussed during our initial consultation. Timeline will vary depending on complexity and scope of the subject matter involved. Simple illustrations may take two weeks or less. For the best outcome, please reach out to me early in your project.
